SWAP

The natural, cultural and human activities diversity is so wide that it shows us a great world of possibilities. Although many times, due to the way in which they are exploited in order to take advantage of the resources it offers us, it is difficult for them to regenerate or remain stable. This diversity is reflected in what we are capable of producing with the resources we have and in what we are capable of doing with the environment that surrounds us.

Man carries out different productive activities, for which he needs natural resources. Some of these activities find it difficult to find a way to coexist in a balanced way with their environment and instead of complementing each other and being able to develop sustainably, they conflict with each other.  This is how the great damage to ecosystems results, for example the production of high levels of pollution and the extinction of species of fauna and flora.

Throughout history, the earth has shown us that ecosystems function as a chain or cycle of organisms that complement each other, where each action has a reaction.  Every time a bird eats a seed, it is helping that species of plant continue to exist. This makes everything a chain of relationships that are part of a great system of exchanges between ecosystems.

The proposal works as a replicable exchange system. It is a reinterpretation of an ecosystem, applied to productive and exploitation activities. It is an example of how these activities have the capacity to coexist in a balanced way based on exchanges and relationships between them.

The intention of this replicable system is to set an example of the proper way to carry out these activities. This allows it to be implanted anywhere, being carried out in a sustainable way. Also provide spaces for people to meet and  learn directly from each of these processes. In the end, the communities, both tourists and their own, will benefit  as part of the processes.
